چکیده

The solid-phase polymerization synthesis (SPPS) represents one of the most innovative approaches to preparation nano-sized molecularly imprinted polymers. One its main features consists use a solid support on which template molecule is covalently grafted. It implies that imprinting process does not involve target as is, but, rather, structural modification it. known rationally designed mimic N-(4-chloro-1-hydroxy-2-naphthoylamido)-(L)-phenylalanine (CHNA-Phe) able generate, by bulk polymerization, materials capable recognizing mycotoxin Ochratoxin A (OTA). In this work, we wanted verify whether CHNA-Phe can be useful in SPPS technique. binding isotherm were measured pH range 4–8 and affinities for OTA compared, showing CHNA-Phe-imprinted nanoMIPs recognize, buffered water, equally well OTA, overall molecular recognition depends markedly from pH-related ionic interactions between ligand site. There results confirm method, it possible convenient templates whose three-dimensional structure some extent different without substantial loss selectivity or affinity.

Dopamine-imprinted polymers: template-monomer interactions, analysis of template removal and application to solid phase extraction.

A dopamine-imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared in aqueous methanol solution at 60(o)C by free-radical cross-linking polymerization of methacrylic acid in the presence of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker and dopamine hydrochloride as the template molecule. Its ability to isolate dopamine was evaluated as the basis of a solid phase extraction procedure and compared with that of...

Bisphenol A analog-imprinted polymers prepared by an immobilized template on a modified silica microsphere matrix.

Bisphenol A (BPA)-recognizing imprinted polymers were synthesized using a template immobilized on silica where the template was grafted to aminopropyl silica. The silica-template conjugate was co-polymerized with a cross-linker (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) and a functional monomer (4-vinylpyridine or methacrylic acid). The synthesized silica-polymer composites were treated with an aqueous N...

synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymer as a solid phase sorbent for pesticide dursban

this study describes the synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers (mips) by using an anti-che ops, namely dursban, as a template. non-covalent bulk polymerization was successfully applied to synthesis different imprinted and non-imprinted polymers with maa, mma, aa, and 4-vpy as monomer in selected porogens (chloroform, toluene, and acetonitrile). in order to evaluate the template binding of...

Solid-phase synthesis of molecularly imprinted nanoparticles for protein recognition.

A solid-phase synthesis approach to prepare molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles (MIP-NPs) specific for trypsin is described. The protein is immobilized on a solid support upon which thermoresponsive MIP-NPs are synthesized. The MIP-NPs are released by a simple temperature change, resulting in synthetic antibody mimics exhibiting high specificity and selectivity for trypsin.

Ultrasensitive detection of endotoxins using computationally designed nanoMIPs.

Novel molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles (nanoMIPs) were designed for endotoxin from Escherichia coli 0111:B4, using computational modeling. The screening process based on binding energy between endotoxin and each monomer was performed with 21 commonly used monomers, resulting in the selection of itaconic acid, methacrylic acid and acrylamide as functional monomers due to their strong ...
